Emmettia Henderson

Ever since I can remember I have been deeply in touch with the arts: dancing, acting, modeling, photography and so much more! Even as a young child I would conjure up stories with my imagination, performing them for anyone who would listen. I've developed my methods of storytelling and artistic practice quite a bit since then, but the thrill of artistic creation that I first discovered as a child has never gone away.

Photography has always been a hobby and cathartic experience for me. I decided to turn my passion into a work entitled Beautiful Serenity; a compilation of my photography in journal form, paired with scriptures for others to find solace in, an experience that has fulfilled my spirit in many ways. Embarking on this journey as a published author has been one of my greatest life achievements so far.
